We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to delete your account and data.

Delete directly from the app (Recommended)
The fastest way to delete your account is directly from within the Kaamvaala app:
- Open the Kaamvaala app and log in.
- Tap the Profile icon on the Home screen.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete My Account".
- Confirm the deletion in the dialog that appears.
Your account and all data will be deleted immediately.

Submit a deletion request by email
If you can't access the app, you can request deletion by email. We'll process your request within 30 days.
✅ Your request has been received. We'll process it and confirm via a reply to your phone number within 30 days.
What data is deleted
- ✓ Your account (phone number, name)
- ✓ All orders and booking history
- ✓ All saved addresses
- ✓ Push notification tokens
- ✓ Profile photo (Partners)
Note: Anonymised aggregate data (e.g., total orders per category) that does not contain personally identifiable information may be retained for analytics purposes.
