11d. Partner location data
The KaamVaala Partners app collects your real-time location when you are active on the platform. This is used to match you with nearby job requests, allow customers to track your arrival, and maintain service records.
Location collection stops when you go offline or close the app. You can manage location permissions through your device settings, though this may affect your ability to receive job requests.
11e. Partner data retention
- Identity and verification documents are retained for the duration of your partnership and for up to 5 years after account closure, as required for legal and compliance purposes
- Earnings and transaction records are retained as required under applicable financial regulations
- You may request account deletion by contacting support@kaamvaala.com — note that some data may be retained for legal obligations even after deletion
